The first steps – How it all began
The story of Locoda began when Reaktor identified the need for a company specializing in Microsoft Power Platform technology. The use of Microsoft’s low-code platforms in business is growing rapidly, and organizations are looking for a trusted partner that combines technical expertise with deep business understanding.
Through Fusion Ecosystem, three experienced professionals came together: Terho Antila, Minna Marttinen, and Eveliina Ormio. Each of them brought a unique strength to the table:
- Terho brought deep technical expertise
- Minna contributed a strong business perspective
- Eveliina added sales excellence and customer insight
Their complementary skill sets formed the foundation of Locoda.
But launching a company isn’t just about having a great idea—it’s about getting things done. In the first few weeks, we took care of everything needed to get Locoda off the ground:
- Company registration
- Insurance, banking, accounting, occupational healthcare, equipment, communications, and office space
- Brand and website design
- Refining our business strategy
At this stage, having the right partners was invaluable. Adventure Club (part of Fusion Ecosystem) helped us create a strong brand, which was then translated into our website and sales materials. Fusion Ecosystem itself provided expertise and resources, ensuring a smooth start.

The power of networks & the first steps in sales
You can’t build a company alone. Fusion Ecosystem’s network gave us incredible support from day one. For example, Sami Masala from AIThink shared his valuable insights on the best practices for setting up a company. With dozens of startups already established within the ecosystem, we had the advantage of learning from those who had already walked this path.
In addition, other companies in Fusion ecosystem, such as Mallow, AIThink, Goodin, and Premium Security, are all Microsoft technology specialists. This makes our collaboration even stronger. Together, we can offer customers an unparalleled range of digital development solutions.

Sales from day one

We started reaching out to potential customers even before our official launch to understand their needs.
In the first 100 days, we’ve held dozens of conversations and launched multiple customer projects.
When business processes run smoothly, everyone has more time to focus on what really matters. The benefits of Power Platform solutions can be measured quickly, and that has been our biggest strength in sales.
Developing expertise & building for the future

Terho Antila has already earned the Microsoft MVP recognition, and with his mentorship, we aim to develop the next generation of Power Platform experts.
We are also excited to welcome Petri Sohlberg to the team! With 20+ years of experience in Microsoft technologies, Petri brings deep expertise in helping organizations adopt Power Platform in a structured way. His coaching ensures that businesses can scale the technology effectively across their entire organization.
We are building clear career and development paths to ensure our team remains at the forefront of the industry.

100 days down—What’s next?
The first 100 days have been intense but incredibly rewarding. We have built a strong foundation, formed key partnerships, and already started delivering real value to our customers.
