Our work with Elisa started in 2007 and has since grown into a long-time inspiring partnership. Data Lake
A leap forward was to create a Data Lake that contains all the essential data from Elisa’s previous, multiple data sources. The Lake makes data available and uniform, thus possible to utilize in building AI solutions that level up customer experience.
Smooth e-commerce
Be it B2C or B2C e-commerce, the bedrock of our work is actual, accessibly made user data and insight. Data-driven methods like personification, recommendations and retargeting help us craft better user experiences, and A/B-testing is key in validating our decisions.
Automated customer service
A remarkable result of thorough work with UX and optimization is Elisa’s customer service, which now runs almost automatically. As the customers can, for instance, solve many problems themselves remotely, they get help right away, while resources are freed from traditional customer service.

We partnered with Hurtigruten, the Norwegian Coastal Express, to create a digital passenger experience for their new vessel, MS Roald Amundsen. Our mission was to create a sustainable tool that would give the passengers a peace of mind, while reducing the crew’s workload.

We partnered with Sanoma to make sure nothing would get in the way of the consumers’ effortless access to world-class content. Together, we set out to create audio app Supla and TV content app Ruutu.
